How does a career in Rehabilitation Counseling sound?
Mrs. Lira asked:
I am going to finish my B.A. in Psychology in less than 1 yr and I qualify for the master’s degree in Rehabilitative Counseling. Basically you study about the effects of being disabled (mentally , physically, etc) either by accident or birth and you help these people to be active in society. You help them to rehabilitate themselves into society..being productive etc.

57 thousand dollars a year in the US ( US dollars) is a very very nice starting salary.
This career will be more and more in demand as the baby boom ages, and as their are more severe injuries in war. I would expect it to be a career you could stay in for a lifetime, if you wish to.
