there should be a legal aid office somewhere in the vicinity. They don’t do the counseling but they can suggest where to go. Then of course you might want to check out the public aid department. Again, they themselves don’t counsel but they know the ones who do

Airport Marina Cosunseling. Its near LAX and they have a sliding scale and offer family counseling. WE went there and it was pretty decent.
