My brother got a AIR of 336977 and a State Rank of 14671 in GENERAL category from West Bengal. He wants to get into a Engineering College in India and he is not choosy about the location of the college. He is not eligible for the Central Counseling as per ccb.nic.in.

What should he do now ? And how can he utilize the State Rank of his ?

I cant ask a guidance counsilor because it is summer brake…and i want to hav ethis figured out befor brake is over
